I was born and raised near Emery, South Dakota on my family’s farm. I loved being outside with all the animals and helping my dad as much as I could! Growing up, I played as many sports as I could, including basketball, softball, track, and football. I also played the trombone and was part of the marching band. In middle school, I started seeing a chiropractor to help with neck pain and constant headaches. I always loved going to the chiropractor, and I knew that someday I wanted to become one in the future. Over the years, my mom told me stories about when I was a baby: I was always so fussy, spit up a lot, never wanted to sleep at night, and I struggled for years with my speech. I truly believe if I would have received chiropractic care at a young age that I would have grown as a healthier kid with fewer headaches, sickness, and fewer issues with speech.
I have a passion for helping babies and children to be healthy at such a young age and be able to grow and become a healthy adult.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in human biology from South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD in 2019. I continued my education at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN where I became a doctor of Chiropractic in 2022.
I am certified in Torque Release Technique and the Webster Technique. I am also a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), and I continue to advance my knowledge in prenatal, infant, and pediatric chiropractic care.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Andrew. We have a dog named Lucy and a cat named Layla. I enjoy cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins. I love to spend time outside having bonfires, playing frisbee with Lucy, playing pickleball, or going for a run. I also enjoy spoiling my niece Vivee any chance that I get! I love to attend country and christian concerts as well as go back to my family farm to spend time with them and to see all of the animals.
